SoCal Cyclez ("we," "us") runs socalcyclez.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Service requests: your name, phone number, email, Instagram handle (optional), bike details, the services you're interested in, timing and anything you write in the message box.
- Merch updates: your email address.
- Basic technical info: like any website, our hosting provider may automatically log things like your IP address, browser type and pages visited to keep the site secure and running.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How we use it
- To review your request and contact you about it by phone, text or email.
- To email you about merch drops if you signed up. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep the website working and secure.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run this website and receive form submissions (such as our web host and form service), and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Third-party sites and services
This site links to Instagram and YouTube and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for how they handle your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, or unsubscribe from merch emails at any time. Just call or text us at 707.391.3643 or send a DM to @socalcyclez on Instagram.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. We don't track visitors across other websites, so this site doesn't change how it works when it receives that signal.
